- Design does not account for river movement
- Design uses the analysis of the calculated scour
- Disagree on Low/Not Low
- Disagree on H26
- Would WSDOT consider countermeasures within the 500 year? Yes
- If we had gone through all of this prior to construction
- Piers would be outside the 500 year flood plain
- Place rock on the bank/in the bank - may be reasonable approach
